Recruiting Director

  • Promoted to Recruiting Director after reaching 10K / weekly spread.
  • Manage the team of Resource Development Manager’s (Technical Recruiters) and all aspects of the branch recruiting function.
  • Mentor and train new and existing RDMs including but not limited to:
  • Utilizing the proprietary internal database
  • Establishing and overseeing recruiting strategies
  • Training on skills assessment tools
  • Leading training and role playing exercises
  • Establishing a hot book of candidates by skill set/industry

  • RDMs are expected to source qualified IT candidates daily.
  • Modis relies on the judgment of the RDM to accurately qualify the candidates, negotiate a rate that is profitable for Modis, and secure the candidate’s commitment to take the assignment.
  • RDMs maintain and further develop relationships with the IT consultants to build a long lasting commitment to Modis.
  • Responsibilities include: Sourcing candidates, Qualifying candidates, Negotiating pay rates, Consultant sign-up, Client/manager facilitation, Consultant relationship-building, Database maintenance

  • Initially brought in to create a massive automotive content management system based on SharePoint, which lead.
  • Due to customer satisfaction, this project leads to many more projects.

      • One was a simple animation that was a visual representation of a map and fuel trucks moving from California to Pennsylvania.

      • Website design in collaboration with their Communication Director to create the optimum UX.
      • OHFA provided a flowchart and had to figure out how we could direct the users easily without too much clutter.

      • Website design that included mockups based on their affiliate’s site.
    • Monscierge
      • As a worldwide touchscreen solution supplier.
      • Started on day one as Creative Director to design mockups of the UI for the developers and worked on the UX with the CEO.
      • Worked and managed another artist to create the animations that would entice users to interact with the device.
      • I also participated in daily meetings to offer creative criticism and input on company direction.
